What went wrong in a trial for Malicious Prosecution?

A few months later, there was a “Malicious Prosecution” lawsuit and I was under the impression that it would be a continuation of the trial that I won. I thought I’d be allowed everything from the trial I won and be able to clarify what was said and why. Little did I know that the trial would be a fight to get any evidence at all presented from the jury trial and I would only succeed in getting one of my five exhibits reentered as evidence, simply because Judge John Telleen could not find a way to block it. Judge John Telleen sounded regretful when he stated: “I think she said that was her letter.” From part 1 of 2 page 21 line 6. When I tried to pry a malicious word out of the transcript for “Evidence of Malice”, Duane Thompson would conceal that with an objection, exactly like one of the “Errors of Law” that overturned the Mack case that Duane would use to ask for a “Directed Verdict.” More at: http://BrokenSixthAmendment.com/Mack/MackErrorsRecreated.htm After one of my Exhibits from
