What weight is healthy for my age and height?
At 5’3″ you should be at least 105 for 5’4″ you should be at least 110 to be at the bottom of the healthy range your age does to effect on this though most preteens will weigh less and then hit a growth spurt where you will fill out. As long as you eat healthy well balanced meals and drink plenty of water then you are good. you can try drinking milk at least 2% at your meals this is good for muscle and bone growth and can allow you to put on a few extra pounds which will probably be more muscle or bone density which is a healthy way to put on weight.
