Ebay is running an offer this month where you do not have to pay listing fees, up to a starting/reserve price of $9.99. I would not recommend selling at another auction site as you would lose so much visibility on your items that they would probably not reach their actual value if you did so. For now, eBay is still the best option to sell your items. If you really need a place to sell with no listing fees, uBid is the next best option. It is another large auction site, lesser known than eBay, which means that your item MAY not reach a bid as high as you would get on eBay, BUT there are no listing fees. Sources: http://pages.ebay.
