What web browsers will work with the AMC Online Application Wizard?
The Online Application Wizard is tested to work with Safari (versions 2 and 3), Firefox (versions 2 and 3) and Internet Explorer (versions 6 and 7). The application should work well in most modern browsers.Advanced users or users within a corporate environment must have JavaScript enabled within the browser. If you or your employer have de-activated JavaScript you will need to re-enable it to access the AMC Online Application Wizard.

I did not receive the email with my P1 Form and receipt of payment as indicated in the end of the Online Application Wizard application. How can I get my P1 and/or receipt of payment to be sent to me?Please check if the email was sent to your “Junk” or “Spam” email folders.
