What was the toughest question you’ve been asked during an interview?

I have found that the hardest question to answer goes something like this: How would you address the concern that perhaps you are over qualified for this job? It’s difficult to answer because I have found that when it’s asked it’s usually a good indicator that the candidate won’t be accepted. When I’ve had to ask it on the employer’s behalf, it’s usually because I like the candidate and I need to have an answer when I form a recommendation.
