What was the sister ship to the Titanic?
The Titanic actually had 2 sister ships. The Olympic was the first to be launched and then the Titanic followed by the Britannic The Britannic never carried a paying passenger. It was used by the British as a hospital ship during the First World War and sank while still being used in that capacity. The Olympic was involved in a few collisions most notably with the HMS Hawke and the Nantucket Lightship. There were seven lives lost in the last incident. The Oceanic mentioned above was not considered to be a sister ship to the Titanic.
