What was the scrub-in time for the Germstar as a pre-surgical scrub?
The CDC doesn’t approve product, but rather does their due diligence so to speak, and makes strong recommendations which the other agencies or governing bodies usually takes into heavy consideration and typically implements. It is approved as a surgical scrub based on the FDA testing of the active ingredient used and as long as the time and volume requirements are met. In this case, our product would have to be used at 3ml’s for about 2 1/2 – 3 minutes continuously in order to achieve the desired results.
