What was the Rotary eClubONE3780 cyber club initiative?
Rotary eClubONE3780 represented our pioneering effort to establish the FIRST “E-Club” in the Philippines during the stewardship of the late Centennial District Governor George L. Howard, as a part of Rotary International’s Rotary E-Club Pilot Project. Our main goal is to extend Rotary throughout Rotary District 3780, the Philippines and anywhere in the world through the Internet, for those who cannot attend weekly Rotary meetings in person. Our motto is: “Extending Rotary service beyond the bounds of time and place…” The establishment of Rotary eClubONE3780 remains to be CP Don’s continued goal. We submitted our request to be the first to be considered should RI allow additional applicants under the Cyber Project.
