What was the purpose of the hearing on August 25?
The judge did not rule on the merits of the case. He issued a preliminary injunction requiring the trees to remain in place until a hearing is held to consider both the District’s SEPA review, which we have completed, and the City’s land use decision, which is underway through the MUP process. We will ask that the Court set the review hearing for as soon as possible in order to minimize the impact of the resulting construction delay.
