What was the period between Georgian and Victorian (ie the reign of William IV) called?
That would probably be included in Georgian. These periods are only approximations, and using the name of the monarch (Victoria) or the ruling family (Stuart) is only an approximation. The rain of W IV could be regarded as very early Victorian or very late Georgian – or a bit of both, Styles and customs didn’t change overnight when the sovereign changed.
