What was the outcome of the French and Indian War???

0

The French and Indian War came to an end on February 10, 1763. The signing of the Treaty of Paris. The French officially ceded all of its holdings in North America, west of the Mississippi and regained the Islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique. The cost of the war and the control of the newly acquired territories was more than the royal coffers could bear. The British looked to the colonies to pay those costs. That was the begining of the long spiral of events that led to the American Revolution.
