What was the outcome of the Columbus Sewer Facilities Plan?
Columbus submitted its update to the OEPA in November of 2000. In January, 2003, the OEPA released a final water quality management plan called the Central Scioto Plan Update. This plan outlines how the OEPA will assign responsibility for providing sewers or other wastewater treatment options for Central Ohio during the next 20 years.
