What was the impact on philosophy from scientific revolution?
Philosophy had to diversify and change to deal with the new scientific achievements and advancements. For example, finding out the Earth was not the centre of the universe, and that the Sun did not rotate the Earth, our origins being natural rather than natural, etc, all changed philosophy into a more “we are a part of the universe” rather than “the universe exists for us” perspective.
