Moses were sent to their Israeli sons only, but Mohammed came to globalize the GOD message, for the first time, to the whole world once and for ever. He relayed the Quraan to people not only as instructions, but he was fulfilled it as a moving live Quraan to give example for peoples, and the proof that life could be far very much better, safer and happier if all peoples live as equal as every one under the umbrella of one GOD for all.
