What was the different of Net weight of Kraft food and cheese?

The only difference between all Kraft cheese product – Veleeta, Cheeze Whiz, slices – is the amount of water and the corn starch added to control the level of moisture and texture. While the claim that they are made from “real cheese” is true, these are usually production leftover and rinds all melted together to homogeneity, with added colorants and flavoring, diluted with water and re-solidified with corn starch and other additives. So it is mostly the starch and the water, and in a minor role other additives, that will cause variation in net weight. This information was obtained via a production chain process engineer who designs and manages Kraft plants. I still eat that stuff, but without any illusion that it is “real food”. Or real cheese.
