What was the difference between Rod Serlings “The Twilight Zone” and “Night Gallery”?

They were very different from each other. Night Gallery started after Twilight Zone. Twilight Zone explored science fiction and fantasy. Whereas, Night Gallery emphasized more on horror and fantasy. Twilight Zone wasn’t all about monsters and horror. It tackled issues in a very subtle way. Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone was black & white. Night Gallery was in colour. Overall, Twilight Zone was far better but Night Gallery did have some masterpieces like “Caterpillar” and “They Are Tearing Down Tim Riley’s Bar”. Outer Limits was also different from Twilight Zone. Although, it was science fiction but it relied more on monsters and weird creatures in almost every episode. Besides, Out Limites didn’t always have a twist ending.
