What was the death rate for officers in WW1 and WW2?

assuming we just talk about in an ‘average’ infantry battalion in WW1 then the life expectancy of a junior officer 2nd/Junior lieutenant – Major) on the western front was approx 14 days same battalion in Normandy 1944 this was 7 days. this battalion in both world wars would experience a 100% turnover in officers every 6 months. (4th Somersets came ashore on D-day and within 1 month had lost all it’s Original officers from D-day and 95% of it’s riflemen) this is just for the infantthe figures get less severe the further back behind the lines to go, which dilutes the death rate percentages.
