The cutoff marks are not important. They vary widely each year because the colleges do not use the system of cut off marks (that is, a system where all people who get above a certain score are admitted). They use a system whereby the top certain number of students, whatever their marks, are admitted. Since the questions and mix of students are very different each year, the marks obtained also vary widely and it is not really helpful to know the marks of the lowest ranking admitted student. Please note that in order to prepare effectively, it is STRONGLY encouraged that you obtain the past question papers of each exam that you are doing.
