Answer Hi Holly, The industrial Revolution of the mid to late 1800’s and into the early 1900’s allowed the US to quickly convert to a war time footing and manufacture the tools of war and this allowed us to help our allies and join the war with greater strength and well armed. This lead to the defeat of the enemy.
