What was the condition on the middle passage?
The condition of the middle passage was very disease ridden, dead people either stayed on the ship or were tossed overboard, death occurred by disease, famine, or lack of water, and everybody was lied down on the ship’s deck where there wasn’t even an inch of space between any two people. The middle passage had a very gruesome condition.
