A. Monterey County conducted a community planning process in the spring and summer of 2005. Representation of the Latino community included meetings with: Community Leaders; Public Meetings in South County; Soledad Families; Family Focus Groups; Promotores; Migrant Education Parents in Castroville and East Salinas; Bracero and Camphora Farmworkers.
