What was the community participation in the Re-use Plan’s development?
The Re-use Plan is the outcome of an intense communication process with the community where 3 public hearings were held and over 60 community meetings. Ceiba and Naguabo residents participated in the work sub-committees and half of the Re-development committee members that worked with the Economic and Commerce Development Department live in these municipalities.
