What was the biggest issue contributing to the fall of the Roman Empire?

Attila the Hun. He was the most successful “barbarian” invader of the Eastern Roman Empire. He set the stage for the fall of Rome weakening Rome enough for the Goths to invade. Also Flavius Aetius, who is known as the last great Roman general, fought Attila the Hun and saved the Empire. But he was later assassinated by his imperial master Valentinian III over a jealously dispute. From that point on Rome crushed under its own weight from Gothic invasians and weak rulers. The once great empire ceased to exist.
