What was the adjustment like going from high school hockey to the USHL?
It was a big step moving from high school hockey to the USHL. The kids are older, the pace is faster and the overall level of play is better. Also, the bus trips are much longer. I was very happy with my decision to come to this league because of the opportunity it presents to its players for their development and the exposure it gives them. Describe what high school hockey is like in Minnesota? High school hockey in Minnesota is unbelievable. The coverage is great statewide with games televised on FSN monthly, articles and updates in the paper weekly, and selling out the Xcel Energy Center the first week of March for the State Tournament. Even better then this though is playing with your buddies that you grew up with, and playing in front of all your friends, classmates and family.
