What was RoXoRs main defense against the Konami law suit?
I was not part of the legal team, so I can not directly answer that question. It is my understanding that the main complaint was “unfair competition”. Roxor Games felt they had the right to make a dance game title in the market place… Konami obviously felt different about that topic.
