I don’t know the title but he helped the German economy by stepping up the military war machine. At the time the Mark was worthless, mostly due to their loss in WWI. He blamed the different ethnic groups, including the Jews for the countries woes This got him the ability to handle these groups as he did nationalized their industries and switched them to building weapons.
