Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard was closed for several hours Monday morning as Waco police worked to investigate and clear a accident that left a Baylor student dead. The three-car crash happened on bridge that carries traffic over the Brazos River, near the intersection of MLK and Lake Shore Drive. Police report the crash claimed the life of a 21-year-old Emily Stuller. News Channel 25 has learned Stuller was a mathematics education major at Baylor University. A gathering of students will be held Monday night at 6:30 p.m. in the chapel of the Stacy Riddle Forum. Police say Stuller drifted across the double yellow line on the Brazos River Bridge and struck two vehicles. The driver of the first vehicle, a 1979 F-150, say the car drifting into his lane and pulled as far over as he could. Stuller’s Jetta struck the side of the truck and continued north on the southbound lane. She then hit a Toyota Tundra head-on causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Sources:
