In X-Force (1st series) #68-69, some members of X-Force were captured by Operation: Zero Tolerance troops and, one of them, Ekatarina Gryaznova, singled Domino out for a specific purpose and forced her to undergo some surgery. Afterwards, it seemed, Domino had lost her luck powers.
