Warranty & Disclaimer . Ride-On TPS is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or other damage or remedy. The Company’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy are limited to product replacement. The company expressly disclaim all other warranties and/or conditions, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
