What voters have the greatest chance to accidentally spoil a ballot?
Voters casting ballots by mail have the greatest chance of spoiling their ballot if instructions are not followed. Voters at home do not have the help of election workers or the accuracy of electronic voting machines to make sure the ballot is properly cast. We expect the total vote in the fall elections will be approximately 60 -70% by mail.
