What voltage converter would be recommended for a Japanese Xbox in the US?

I recently purchased a Japanese Xbox 360 and am already well aware of what can potentially happen should I plug it in right away. Rather than risk that, I know I need a voltage converter. However, I have really no clue if that’s really all I need as well. Hopefully someone here with some knowledge can assist me in advising which voltage converter would work best.
