What Vitamin Tablets should we take daily?
Just take a multi-vitamin. It is better if each of you takes a gender specific one like One a Day for Women or One a Da for Men. Remember that though a daily dose may contain 100% of a certain vitamin/mineral your body will not absorb all of it so you still need to eat your veggies and such to ensure that you consume enough nutrients. Exercise is the best way to boost your metabolism, if you have a stronger, leaner body it will burn more calories even when you are not exercising. And be careful mixing up herbal supplements. They are not always safe, so just think about that before cocktailing them down.
