What visitation rights will the parent have who does not have custody of the children?
Again, the Chancellor must consider all factors that might impact on the question of what is the best interest of the child. Chancellors will grant reasonable visitation to the non-custodial parent whenever possible. The Chancellor can consider such factors as the age of the child, the physical and mental condition of the child, the fitness of the parents, etc. Alternating weekends, alternating holidays, summer visitation for extended periods of time are options that a Chancellor would consider.
