On April 1st, 2009, everyone who occupies a site for the playing of a video gaming device in the Province must be registered under the new process as a video lottery siteholder with the Registrar of Gaming Control. Anyone who occupied a site for the playing of a video gaming device prior to October 1st, 2008 is deemed registered until March 31st, 2009.
