If you are using an analog TV/Video capture card ShowShifter can recording into SSF, WMV and AVI files. If you are using an analog TV/Video capture card with hardware MPEG2 compression ShowShifter can record into SSF and MPG files. If you are using a digital TV/Video capture card ShowShifter can record into SSF and MPG files. ShowShifter also has a video recompressor feature which can convert some file formats into others.
