What vetting does IACCI do for members?
In general, there is a shortage of financial or other critical information available for most Iraqi companies. This being said, the Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and Industry has worked diligently from the start to gather the most complete and accurate information on all of our members. As a catalyst of successful business relationships, we see it as our duty to make this information available to all other member companies for the mutual purpose of building cooperation and creating contracting opportunities between member companies. In this regard, the Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IACCI) has taken the following steps to move towards this end: We have upgraded our membership application to include over 13 pages of data that resides on an SQL server with state-of-the-art data mining and warehousing technology.
