For best results, use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x onwards or Netscape Navigator 4.x. Please note that Netscape 6.x has proved unreliable in testing and should not be used. All browsers installed onto a PC in a drop-in or teaching area will have tested and approved browsers already installed. Helpdesk support will be provided for students using a PC in a drop-in or teaching area. Halls of residence users should use the existing support structure. Please note that home configurations are unsupported.
