Sequencher version 4.7 is the last release that supported Windows NT and Macintosh OS X 10.2.8. Sequencher version 4.8 is the last release that supports Microsoft Windows 2000. Sequencher 4.9 is supported on Microsoft XP, Vista, and on Macintosh OS X version 10.3.9 and higher.

Sequencher 4.8 and higher are supported on Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, and XP, and on Macintosh OS X version 10.3.9 and higher. Sequencher version 4.8 is the last release that supports Microsoft Windows 2000. Sequencher version 4.7 is the last release that supported Windows NT and Macintosh OS X 10.2.8. Sequencher 4.7 is not supported on Microsoft Vista or Windows 7 without an install of the Sentinel SuperPro drivers. You can go to SafeNet’s website for the latest driver download.
