What versions of PDF are acceptable to the SEDAR system?
A. A document transmitted in the file format known as Portable Document Format, Version 1.2 or Version 1.3 (“PDF”), will be considered to be transmitted in acceptable electronic format. If you are using Adobe Acrobat 5.0 defaults, the resulting format will not be acceptable. The SEDAR server will not accept documents that have passwords, security features or encryptions.
