What versions of Outlook or Entourage will work with NDSU Outlook?
For Windows users, Outlook 2010 is the recommended version. Older versions including 2003 and 2007 will also work but have limited support. For Macintosh users, Outlook 2011 in the recommended version. older versions including Entourage 2004 and 2008 will also work but have limited support. Outlook Express (the “light” version of Outlook) is not compatible with NDSU Outlook. Individuals using this version will need to request the full version of Office (with Outlook) through their Department Software Contact. (Because of NDSU’s Microsoft Campus Agreement, there is no charge for the installation of Office on NDSU-owned computers.) Individuals who already have Microsoft Office for Windows installed, but not Outlook, can restore this program by running the Repair option in Control Panels => Add/Remove Programs.
