Older versions of both Netscape and Explorer have had problems reading the software’s Java applications as well as certain HTML functions. Because of this, we can only support Netscape Communicator 4.0 or better and Microsoft Explorer 4.0 or better. For your convenience, Netscape Communicator 4.04 has been included on the Standards Source Index CD (see CD documentation for installation instructions) or go to the Netscape Download or Microsoft Explorer Download pages for free versions of the latest browsers.
