What versions and platforms of Notes/Domino support FIPS 140-2?

0

A new FIPS 140-2 certified cryptographic library has been added to Notes/Domino 8.0.1 on Win32; therefore Notes/Domino 8.01 on Win32 provide support for FIPS 140-2. This library is under consideration for inclusion on other platforms in future releases. It is important to realize that even though other Notes/Domino platforms do not include the FIPS 140-2 certified cryptographic library, all of the FIPS 140-2 encryption code paths will work correctly with the new algorithms on non-Win32 platforms; all operations performed on 8.01, non-Win32 platforms will succeed, but will not be FIPS 140-2 compliant.
