• For Windows, we support Office 2007 and Office 2003. Please remember to save documents created in Office 2007 in Office 2003 compatible format so users of Office 2003 can read them. • For Mac, we support Office 2004 and Office 2008. Are Apple’s MAC OS X operating systems (Leopard or Snow Leopard) supported? Apple’s MAC OS X operating systems are supported for OnsiteHealth. Leopard and Snow Leopard do not work with certain older wireless network infrastructures. NYUMC’s older wireless network infrastructure will be upgraded across the entire campus by September 2008. The upgrade will provide consistent access and provide secure guest access throughout the campus. In addition, MAC OS X will work on wireless across all campus locations.
