As of the date of this FAQ, Synapse runs on Quantel versions 2.1, 3.0, and 3.5. There were bugs fixed in certain Quantel versions (eg, 2.1 rev 22, and 3.5 rev 3.06). But in general, it’s always a good idea to ensure you’re running the latest rev of Quantel software. Please check with Quantel Tech Support to ensure that you’re running the latest and update if needed.
