Note: When asked for your version, please provide both the version name and number to the technical support department. START, ALL PROGRAMS, PDF COMPLETE. If OPTIONS AND SETTINGS is listed as an option, then select OPTIONS AND SETTINGS. The edition and version are listed in the banner at the top of the window. If PDF COMPLETE is listed as an option, then select PDF COMPLETE to launch the PDF Complete Viewer. From the menu, select HELP and the ABOUT. The edition and version are listed in the image in the window. If DASHBOARD is listed as on option, select DASHBOARD. Select the ABOUT tab. The version is listed on the lower right hand side.
