Answer Hi Gordon – There’s really no specific phone that gets the “best” reception. All of Verizon’s phones have good reception and they have to in order for Verizon to sell them. The reason that your wife may be having problems with her phone may be due to the age of the phone and the radio antenna may have become damaged over time. I would suggest that she choose a new phone based on talk-time (the longer, the better), battery life (the longer the better) and the look and feel of the device (and of course the price).
