What vendors will be developing integrations to the UCDP?
We anticipate publishing a list of vendors that are developing a direct integration to the UCDP in the first quarter of next year. • Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac require that the appraisal report be submitted to the portal before the loan delivery date. Prior to the joint GSE implementation, Fannie Mae had informed its customers that the appraisal report would be required at least 24 hours before loan delivery. What is the requirement? Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae require appraisals to be submitted to the UCDP before the loan is delivered to either GSE. Seller/Servicers must ensure they allow for adequate time for uploading appraisals and for resolving edits so that they meet this requirement. Seller/Servicers may submit the appraisal to the UCDP at anytime prior to the delivery date.
