As LPG has similar combustion characteristics to petrol, only vehicles with petrol engines can be converted to run on autogas. The Landi autogas system fitted by National Autogas installers has been developed for vehicles with multi-point injection petrol engines. Vehicles must be running correctly on petrol before an autogas system is installed and we normally recommend that vehicles are less than 8 years old, but older vehicles can be converted on request. Please note that a few vehicles are not suitable for conversion to autogas. We recommend that you always talk to your local National Autogas installer.
