What Utilities are available at the PARK and what is their timing?

The Las Vegas Valley Water District provides water to Apex, as part of their service area. Power is available through Nevada Power from power lines and substations in or near the Park. Sprint will provide communications through a series of Fiber-optic line with available capacity. Wastewater is handled through individual septic and leech field installation on each developed lot. Natural gas is provided by SouthWest Gas and is available through the gas lines within the Park or through new connections as needed.
