What uses are there for giant rose hips?
Rose hips can make tea or jam. There are so many things you can do with the fruits you mention, I can’t list them all. Go online and look for recipes and ideas, or go to the library and check some recipe books. Jam, jelly, pie, liqueur, wine, freeze them or dry them when ripe to use them for all those things later. Apples are particularly useful for jelly because they have pectin. You can combine their juice with that of strawberries and blackberries which don’t have enough pectin of their own to jell. You can buy pectin but I prefer using the fruit.
